OUR AUCTION IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR

It’s virtual, and it’s a LIVE professionally produced program, featuring our NEWCASTLE STUDENTS, and hosted by Matt Lorch, Q13 Reporter and Auctioneer, who is also REUNITING with us!  Live appearances, videos and fun will keep the 1hr show moving fast with fun, high energy.

Tickets/registration/Signup is FREE!

In years’ past at our in-person auction event we’ve had to help offset the costs of the venue and meals with ticketing.  Now you just need a bid number to have fun!  Grandparents, family members are also encouraged to REUNITE with us for free and see their favorite family member’s school (and maybe even their family member!).  

SILENT & LIVE Auction?

YES!  The silent auction will have great deals and experiences from local businesses and fun ways to raise funding for 2021/22 school year.  May 8^th – May 15^th.  Our Grade Art, and top 12 packages will then be closed out in the LIVE event!

How does this work on May 15th at 7pm?

A "Two Screen Event!" Login into the YouTube link above to watch the LIVE event, then use another device (mobile phone) for bidding from THIS site.

Streaming from YouTube will begin at 6:30 so everyone has time to set up and get ready for the 7pm START!

Will anyone SEE me when I log in?

No, not this year, it's just a one-way viewing event. We have TONS of our students in the event, so keep an eye out for someone you know!
